Rubbish Rangers Refund and Cancellation Policy

Rubbish Rangers is committed to providing our customers with a high level of after sale services. We believe it is our duty as third party agents to provide our customers with the best quality of service available at the most competitive prices.

Partial refunds will be issued:

You will be entitled to a 90% refund if you, the customer, cancel your order by contacting Rubbish Rangers no less than three (3) days prior to delivery, either via email help@rubbishrangers.com.au or by phoning 0427 018 966.

You will also be entitled to a partial refund, in the event an order is cancelled by you, the customer, (1) Business Day prior to the Delivery Date or on the Delivery Date. The cancellation fee will be 20% of the charged amount and payable to Rubbish Rangers Cancellations on the delivery date will also incur a call out fee directly to the service provider

You will be entitled to a full refund in the unlikely event of a non-delivery of your bin. This does not include preferred delivery times within that day, only NON-DELIVERY. This condition shall become null and void in the event that the service provider reschedules a delivery or collection.

Please contact Rubbish Rangers immediately with any issues regarding delivery to avoid cancellation fees.

Refund Account

Refunds will be made within 3 business days from the date of cancellation.
